The Texas Farm Bureau AGFUND Endorses Dan Branch for Attorney General

AUSTIN – The Texas Farm Bureau (TFB) AGFUND has announced its endorsement of Dan Branch for Texas Attorney General.

“Dan Branch is a champion of Texas private property rights,” said TFB and AGFUND President Kenneth Dierschke.  “As our next Attorney General, Dan will continue Greg Abbott’s legacy of fighting against encroaching federal regulations.”

“As the voice of Texas agriculture and the representative of millions of Texas farmers, the endorsement of the Texas Farm Bureau AGFUND is important and I am thankful for their leadership and support,” Branch said.  “In the Office of Attorney General, I will protect property rights and ensure that Texas landowners have access to fair and timely judicial process.”


Since announcing his candidacy for Texas Attorney General, Dan Branch has received the endorsement of four former Texas Supreme Court Justices, including a former U.S. Attorney General and a former Chief Justice; ten former top deputies to Attorney General Greg Abbott; 13 legal and campaign advisers to U.S. Senator Ted Cruz; eight conservative former U.S. Supreme Court clerks; Federalist Society leaders across Texas; leading law enforcement officers, including the Texas Department of Public Safety Officers Association PAC; the Texas Apartment Association; a majority of the Texas House Republican Caucus, including the Tea Party Caucus Chairman; over 125 leaders and members of the Texas Federation of Republican Women; over 30 young Republican leaders and grassroots activists across Texas.
