Leadership Dallas December 2007 Rep. Dan Branch was the featured speaker at the Greater Dallas Chamber's Leadership Dallas class for December. Leadership Dallas serves to identify, educate and engage potential local leaders. The current class is set to graduate in early 2008. Branch begins his presentation.
