North Dallas OCU Alumni Student Leadership Retreat February 2008 Rep. Branch, an OCU alumnus, served as a panelist at the 2008 OCU Student Leadership Retreat. Branch spoke to the select student leaders, sharing stories of his legal and legislative experiences and the importance of thoughtful leadership.
