Branch Speaks to the Texas Association of School Boards February 2008 Branch presented at the Texas Association of School Boards Region 10 February meeting. As Chair of the House Select Committee on Higher and Public Education Finance, Branch continues to visit with professors, students and school boards, among many others, in an effort to seek ways to better fund education in the state of Texas. Branch thanks the board members for inviting him to speak.
