Highland Park ISD Dad's Club Breakfast Februrary 2008 Representative Branch spoke to the Highland Park ISD Dad's Club members at their monthly breakfast meeting, held at University Park Elementary. Branch told those in attendance of the issues he foresees during the next session. Many school and community leaders were on hand for Branch's presentation, including HPISD Superintendent Dr. Cathy Bryce, University Dad's Club President James Williams and HP Department of Public Safety Chief Darrell Fant.

Branch is a former HPISD Dad's Club member.
