Highland Park Library Grand Re-Opening April 2008 Rep. Dan Branch joined Highland Park Mayor Bill White, City Councilwoman Gail Madden and Library Board member Bonnie Case at a ceremony commemorating the re-opening of the newly renovated Highland Park Library. Branch was honored by Ms. Case with a resolution from Texas Library Association for his strong support of libraries and learning. Later, Branch addressed the crowd and presented Mayor White, Ms. Case and Councilwoman Madden with a flag flown over the Texas Capitol in honor of the historic re-opening. Bonnie N. Case, Highland Park Library Director, reads the resolution from the Texas Library Association.
