William Lipscomb Elementary Visit April 2008 Rep. Branch visited Dallas ISD's William Lipscomb Elementary School to help lead in the saying of the pledges of allegiance and minute of silence.  During his visit, Branch had the opportunity to visit with Principal Yolanda Gonzalez and Assistant Principal Monica Gonzalez, as well as several pre-K students.  Branch then visited with a member of the Lipscomb PTA about the importance of the school to the community.  Branch visits with one of the pre-K students who assisted him in reciting the pledges of allegiance.
