Branch Tours Texas State Technical College - Harlingen Campus

Rep. Branch tours the Harlingen campus of Texas State Technical College, one of six colleges in the TSTC System.  Rep. Branch met with campus president Dr. Gilbert Leal and visited with the innovative professors and students of TSTC who are finding successful ways to meet the workforce needs of our economy throughout the state of Texas.

Branch examines a model EMT Unit that is housed within the Allied Health center.

Branch is welcomed to the Mechatronics Program by Director Villarreal. This innovative program combines training in mechanics, electronics, controls and computers - a hybrid skillset that is increasingly desired by employers.

Members of the TSTC Harlingen Robotics team demonstrate their award winning designs. The Robotics team will attend a national robotics competition in Kansas City later this month.
