Texas Women's University Commencement Address May 2008 Rep. Dan Branch delivered the commencement address at Texas Women's University's graduation ceremonies for the College of Professional Education. Approximately 2,200 audience members, including nearly 500 future educators, librarians, principals and communication disorder specialists listened to Branch's remarks, which encouraged the graduates to reverse engineer their calendars, bring energy to the room, and to teach to serve. After the ceremony, Branch joined TWU Chancellor Dr. Ann Stuart at a reception to greet the new graduates and their families. TWU Chancellor Dr. Ann Stuart (left) joins Rep.
