Rep. and Mrs. Branch visit East Dallas' Garden Café July 2008 Rep. and Mrs. Branch visited one of Old East Dallas' favorite restaurants, the Garden Café.  After a hearty breakfast, the Branches toured the garden area with owner Dale Wootton.
