Dallas ISD Operation Comeback September 2008 Representative Dan Branch joined Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert, Dallas ISD Superintendent Dr. Michael Hinojosa, North Dallas High School Principal Eduardo Hernandez and other city leaders in "Operation Comeback".  The Saturday morning event began with a kickoff on the stairs of North Dallas High School, followed by visits to several North Dallas students who had not reported for school this semester.  Mayor Leppert, Rep. Branch, Dr. Hinojosa and Principal Hernandez encouraged all the students throughout the morning to come back to school and promised to work with the students, no matter the struggles they faced, and cross the finish line with a high school diploma.  The marquee at North Dallas High at sunrise.
